About My Clients
I tend to connect with people who have spent a lot of time feeling different, misunderstood, or trying to fit expectations that never quite fit them. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, queer, gender diverse, or navigating intersecting identities. You may be carrying the effects of masking, ableism, trauma, difficult relationships, or body expectations. Together, we can get curious about your experiences and needs while honoring the larger systems that have shaped them.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in neurodivergent affirming care, trauma, attachment, relationships, and mind body approaches. I am a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Certified Body Trust Provider, with additional training in Internal Family Systems and trauma focused relational work. My background also includes yoga, mindfulness, and other embodied practices. I specialize in working with Autistic and ADHD adults, LGBTQIA+ and gender diverse people, and those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, ARFID, and food or body concerns. I integrate somatic, relational, and parts based approaches based on your individual needs. My work is grounded in neurodiversity, cultural humility, intersectionality, and weight inclusive care, with attention to how identity, relationships, systems, and lived experiences shape well being.
