As a queer therapist, I am passionate about creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse adults. I recognize that sexuality and gender do not exist in isolation and approach therapy through an intersectional lens that considers neurodivergence, race, body size, disability, health, relationships, and other aspects of identity and lived experience. My goal is a space where your identity is respected and affirmed without making it something that needs to be explained or changed.

As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I bring lived and clinical experience to my work with Autistic adults, including those diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, or seeking diagnosis. My neurodiversity-affirming, non-pathologizing approach centers Autistic voices, autonomy, and lived experience while recognizing the impacts of ableism, masking, and neurotypical expectations. I use a sensorimotor approach that recognizes the connection between the mind and body. This means gently noticing how emotions and experiences may show up through physical sensations, movement, tension, or other body based responses. Together, we can build greater awareness and explore ways of helping you feel more grounded, safe, and connected to yourself.

I incorporate Internal Family Systems principles to help you approach the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. We may explore parts that feel anxious, critical, protective, overwhelmed, or hurt while recognizing that each developed for a reason. This approach can help create greater understanding, self compassion, and a sense of internal balance.
