Life can be overwhelming even when we have the best of coping skills. Sometimes what has worked no longer serves to help us. I strive to aid in navigating those difficult past and present experiences by providing clients with new tools to aid in their healing process. While I work with ALL populations, I specialize in first responders, medical professionals, veterans/military, and their spouses/families. I provide anonymity so we can focus on achieving your treatment goals.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, moral injury, and stress. I utilize EMDR, CPT, Trauma Resilience Process (TRP) and several other evidence based treatments while working with trauma healing. Some modalities do not require any disclosure of the event and results can be seen in as little as 2-3 hours!
