About My Clients
*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* For over 12 years, I have counseled children, teens and families to navigate the challenges that arise. I approach counseling with a humanistic, strength-based, client centered and collaborative framework. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Mindfulness, and Sources of Strength. Over my career I have experience in supporting people to gain insight and skills to overcome their emotional and behavioral challenges.
My Background and Approach
Fundamentally, I believe we as humans all strive to do the best we can. We all possess the desire to thrive. Our individual internal strengths contribute to our natural resiliency, helping us navigate through life’s challenges. At times, an individual’s journey endures obstacles that are not easily tackled alone. Being human and juggling life’s difficulties can be challenging. Needing guidance to learn new skills and support to foster your strengths is okay. I enjoy supporting and guiding children, teens and families in exploring their needs and identifying strategies to help improve their overall well-being. I will come alongside you, working to grow strength and resiliency, one step at a time.
