About My Clients
Life can be messy, unpredictable, and sometimes just plain hard. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down by old wounds, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I find joy in holding space for them to feel heard, understood, and empowered to uncover patterns, develop coping skills, and build self-awareness.
My Background and Approach
. I have over 20+ years of experience in the mental health field and have had the privilege of walking alongside adults on their journey of self-improvement, supporting them as they navigate life's challenges. My approach is compassionate, informal authentic, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — sometimes serious, sometimes full of humor, but always honest. This is a safe space for feelings, healing, and the occasional f-bomb. In our work together, you can expect a space that’s warm, judgment-free, and grounded in curiosity. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s been holding you back, and find ways to help you feel more connected, and at ease in your life. I believe that one size doesn’t fit all and use a variety of evidence-based modalities, tailored to the individual.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I combine Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Trauma-Focused, alongside other approaches that fit you.
