I am deeply committed to helping adults of all ethnicities, gender identities and sexual orientations with a spectrum of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, work/life balance and healthy relationship boundaries. When "life" has thrown you off your path, I work with you to restore your natural capacity for self esteem and healing, and provide unwavering emotional support as you create an enriching life. I provide in-person and virtual therapy via video and phone.
My Background and Approach
My approach to psychotherapy involves exploring how early life experiences can shape you, and looking at what is true for you now to help you to address your concerns and live a more meaningful life. My theoretical orientation is based on Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Positive Psychology Mindfulness and Psychodynamics. I received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Wright Institute, Berkeley, CA, in 1998.

I, as a psychologist, work with you to restore your natural capacity for self esteem and healing, and provide unwavering emotional support as you create an enriching life with healthier relationships.I have deep respect for every person I see in psychotherapy .
