About My Clients
I support adults who appear put-together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unseen on the inside. My clients are often navigating attachment wounds, faith or identity transitions, betrayal, or old trauma that still shapes their present. They’re motivated for growth, open to insight, and looking for a compassionate guide who can help them create lasting emotional change.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive training in attachment science, trauma recovery, EMDR, ACT, CBT, and Emotionally Focused approaches. My work is grounded in warmth, compassion, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I specialize in helping adults heal attachment wounds, rebuild trust after betrayal, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop a kinder, more empowered relationship with themselves. Blending clinical expertise with faith-informed insight when desired, I offer a calm, steady space where you can safely explore patterns, understand your story, and experience meaningful breakthroughs. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and capable of lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has inherent worth, the ability to heal, and the power to choose a new path forward. I value compassion, agency, and helping clients feel both supported and capable of meaningful change. My faith as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shapes my perspective with hope, grace, and a deep respect for each person’s journey—while always honoring your individual beliefs and needs. Outside the therapy room, I love pickleball, golf, mountain biking, and traveling to new places. At home, I’m surrounded by my loving husband, three dogs, two Valais Blacknose sheep, and six chickens—who keep life grounded, joyful, and full of personality.
