I specialize in play-based therapy to treat children 5-17 years old with issues around anxiety, depression, trauma, and school problems. I also am passionate about working with young adults and supporting them as they transition to new phases of life.
My Background and Approach
I have several years of experience working with children and adolescents. Additionally, I am experienced and excel working with young adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. My approach is eclectic but primarily person-centered. I also frequently incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy and short-term solution-focused therapy. The therapeutic relationship is the most critical aspect of achieving successful outcomes in therapy. I aim to join with you in order to support you reaching your personal goals.

Mental health has been stigmatized for many years and we are finally beginning to see the importance of addressing mental health issues as one would with physical health issues. Each and every one of us are on our own personal journeys in life. Everyone's journey looks different.
