About My Clients
Are you feeling afraid to be seen or fully express who you are right now? Do you find yourself overwhelmed or anxious by the attacks on LGBTQ+ rights? Are you struggling with rejection, isolation, or fear of coming out to people you love? Do you feel like you're constantly fighting just to exist and you're tired? I’m here to provide a safe, affirming space where you can explore your identity without judgment and find support with the challenges you’re facing.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist with a background in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I draw from modalities like person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to meet you where you are. I believe healing happens in safe, authentic connection, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion—building insight, coping skills, and a deeper understanding of your inner world. My work is rooted in social justice, cultural humility, and honoring each person’s lived experience. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking more alignment in your life, I'm here to walk alongside you with care and intention.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy can be a space for both personal healing and collective liberation. I’m a queer-identified therapist who values authenticity, community care, and radical acceptance. I'm deeply committed to anti-racism, body liberation, and dismantling systems of oppression in and outside the therapy room. I support movements like Black Lives Matter, LGBTQ+ rights, reproductive justice, and mental health advocacy. Outside of my practice, I engage in mutual aid work, volunteer with crisis support networks, and am passionate about accessibility in mental health care. I strive to create a welcoming space for all identities and experiences, especially those who’ve felt unseen or marginalized. I believe in honoring each person’s truth, resilience, and capacity for growth, and I bring both heart and integrity into my work as a therapist.
