About My Clients
Welcome! I specialize in PTSD & trauma. I am an eco-therapist, psychedelic-assisted therapy and animal-assisted therapist. I draw from EMDR, brainspotting, psychedelic-assisted therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-conscious yoga to help people heal in a safe and nonjudgemental environment. I was also diagnosed with PTSD and recovered. My life-long mission is to help other people do the same.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist. I work from a trauma -informed, culturally sensitive perspective.
