Experiential, relational therapy for trauma, relationships, anxiety, and nervous system healing.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Berkeley, CA

About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, chronic stress, and patterns that can feel difficult to shift through insight alone. I especially enjoy supporting mixed-neurotype couples, highly sensitive people, new parents, and people who appear high-functioning externally while carrying significant internal overwhelm, self-criticism, or disconnection. I also offer adjunctive EMDR and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) support.

My Background and Approach

I received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute and completed a two-year Ketamine-Assisted Therapy training program through Alchemy Community Therapy Center. I am trained in EMDR and Flash Technique, and my work is informed by somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, mindfulness practice, attachment-focused work, and IFS-informed approaches. Before becoming a therapist, I taught yoga and developed a deep respect for the ways emotional experiences live in the body. In therapy, I help clients slow down enough to notice what their nervous systems are holding, build capacity for emotional experience, and reconnect with themselves and others with greater authenticity and self-compassion. My style is warm, collaborative, experiential, and engaged rather than purely solutions-driven or intellectual. I aim to create a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the protective strategies that once helped you survive.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens through safety, curiosity, and connection rather than shame or self-optimization. I value depth, authenticity, creativity, rest, and meaningful relationships, and I bring a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens to my work. I’m interested in mindfulness, neuroscience, relational healing, movement practices, and the ways modern life can disconnect us from ourselves and each other. My background in yoga and contemplative practice continues to shape how I think about nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional healing.
