About My Clients
I specialize in providing support for millennials struggling with crippling anxiety, body image distress, men's issues, & relationship worries. Do body or food related thoughts take up more space in your day than you’d like, making it hard to feel confident or fully present? Are you a man who finds relationships challenging because vulnerability feels unfamiliar or risky? Do you feel responsible for the emotional temperature of every room, constantly tracking other people’s moods and reactions?
My Background and Approach
I’m an LGBTQ+ affirming, body-size inclusive, Health at Every Size® aligned therapist. It is my goal to create an environment that is, in equal measure, both light-hearted and able to hold deep pain. I am your ally and your hype person, ready to help you find your peace! I integrate narrative and humanistic therapies to help you explore and reshape your personal stories, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. My style is warm, kind, and often infused with humor. By acknowledging and sharing your life experiences in a safe space (cozy as a cat in a sunbeam safe), you can reduce feelings of shame and isolation, leading to a greater sense of belonging & connectedness.

At the heart of my work is Body Trust® and Intuitive Eating-two radically compassionate approaches that help you unlearn harmful narratives about your body and food. We’ll work together to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels more like home and less like a battleground. I believe in the magic of storytelling and the inherent worth of every human! I believe that all bodies deserve to feel safe in the world, you are not a problem to be fixed or reduced, and food freedom is possible. I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and appreciated in their relationships.
