About My Clients
From the chronic stress of daily life to sudden loss or trauma, we all face a variety of hardships and struggles at times in our lives. Our counselors have both the training and the passion to support you in moving towards healing and wellness. At Mindful Counseling, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Our therapeutic approaches support you by meeting you where you are, focusing on your unique needs, and working collaboratively with you in your care.
My Background and Approach
Our counselors are trained and experienced to work with a multitude of concerns. We have a focus on mind/body integration with the utilization of mindfulness, DBT, EMDR, and other body-friendly therapies. Each of our counselors has his or her own specialties and populations he or she feels most comfortable working with-please don't hesitate to review their bios on our website.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Mindful Counseling was created out of a need we saw in the community. We believe in the importance of mental health and know that with the way life goes sometimes, we lose ourselves in the day-to-day. Our hope for this practice is for you to leave our doors feeling more self-aware, more empowered, and more confident in yourself!
