My Background and Approach

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic techniques, complemented by mindfulness, anxiety- and harm-reduction methods to create an individually tailored therapy experience. Emphasis is placed on harnessing your personal strengths as a foundation for growth. I believe deeply in the power of the client-therapist relationship to be a vessel for change.
