About My Clients
I specialize in working with clients who deal with chronic depression, social anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, existential crisis, men's and women issues, loneliness and burn-out syndrome and allow them the space to see an alternative which is not beyond them. Moreover, I provide a perspective and valuable guidance for immigrant individuals as someone who personally encountered the difficulties, as well as the rewards, connected with major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
Do you feel as though your partner listens but doesn’t really hear you? Have you ever felt as though your past is haunting you even though you try so hard to change or stay positive? That the bandage on your wounds is not really healing them? Do your attempts to silence negative thoughts and feelings only intensify them? You do not have to give up on your happiness. My role is to listen deeply and to help you see yourself holistically – your strengths and growth-edges. The strengths to be celebrated and the growth-edges to be worked on collaboratively. Don’t remain alone with your problems, I’m here FOR YOU. With an European face, accent, mind and heart I would like to show you that once you find that inner piece, once you start feeling OK when being just by yourself, once you start appreciating yourself and seeing your skills and strengths and once you find something you deeply love or enjoy, your life can completely change. Let me help you to find these things.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In Psychology, using a psychodynamic approach, I stress the importance of unsolved traumas, loneliness, and emotional neglect; resulting in long-term psychosomatic wounds in adulthood. I believe that with nonjudgmental understanding and feeling a deep empathy, clients can better understand the meaning of their feelings which are a result of living a life that is out of balance or with actions that keep them entangled.
