I am a PLPC who works with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, grief, anger management, and PTSD to name a few. My style is based primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. However, I often integrate various approaches based on each person’s unique needs. Let’s begin this journey together. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who has had to navigate life's transitions, I will provide an affirming, empathic, and safe space to do this work. I believe that the most important part of counseling is the relationship between counselor and client. Through counseling, you can become empowered with skills to enable you to deal with life’s stressors. Therapy can help you transform your life. My goal is to help you develop those skills in order to have a better future.
