About My Clients

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, facing life changes, or struggling with family dynamics, I’m here to help. I work especially well with kids, teens, and adults who want a safe space to express what’s hard to say while cultivating a therapeutic relationship. Whether through play, expressive arts, or conversation, we’ll work together to build understanding, connection, and healing. You don’t have to do this alone—I’d love to walk alongside you.

My Background and Approach

When you work with me, you’ll experience an approach where your feelings, experiences, and perspective are deeply honored. I believe that healing happens most effectively in a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel genuinely seen and heard. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship that empowers you to explore your emotions at your own pace. This supportive space encourages growth, self-acceptance, and insight, helping you develop the confidence and resilience needed to face life’s challenges. By focusing on your strengths and unique journey, therapy becomes a collaborative process where you lead the way toward meaningful change and lasting well-being.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that people are inherently capable of growth and self-healing when provided with the right environment. Each unique individual with their own experiences, feelings, and perspectives deserves respect and understanding. Each person has the inner resources and wisdom to find their own solutions; therapy’s role is to support and facilitate this process, not direct it. It's important that we create a genuine, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship which is essential to foster trust and openness. Lastly, unconditional positive regard and acceptance are key—clients should feel completely accepted for who they are, which helps them explore and change at their own pace.
