About My Clients

I practice from a relational approach, grounded in psychoanalytic theory. This means that I provide a space to slow down, be curious, and authentically explore the underlying causes of your challenges, whether they be developmental trauma, attachment concerns, or mood difficulties. Together, we'll uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and open the potential for more freedom, clarity, and choice in your life.

My Background and Approach

I am currently in postgraduate training at the Psychoanalytic Center of the Carolinas, where I am enrolled in courses and supervised practice for psychoanalytic psychotherapy. The psychoanalytic approach is one which views symptoms as full of significance in understanding the truth of who you are, and which emphasizes the role of the relationship between the therapist and the client in healing.
