About My Clients
Are you feeling disconnected, stuck in conflict, or seeking deeper understanding in your relationship? I'm here to support your journey. My practice is a safe, welcoming space for individuals, couples, and partners navigating relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, ADHD overwhelm, or major life transitions. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, mixed-neurotype couples, and those exploring diverse relationship styles, including Poly/ENM and kink-aligned dynamics.
My Background and Approach
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I integrate relational-based therapy, counseling, and coaching to support your growth. My approach is warm, person-centered, and grounded in the belief that while our past shapes us, the present is where real change happens. I specialize in sex and intimacy therapy, relationship dynamics, ADHD support, men’s issues, and mixed-neurotype couples. Drawing on years of experience in coaching, community leadership, and education, I bring both clinical skill and practical, real-world insight to my practice. In our work, you won't just discuss challenges; you'll gain strategies to communicate authentically, resolve conflict, and deepen intimacy. Whether navigating neurodiverse communication or alternative relationship structures, I provide a non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space of acceptance; one free from shame, judgment, or rigid expectations. My practice is grounded in sex-positivity, neurodiversity affirmation, and LGBTQ+ inclusivity. I firmly believe that every person and relationship structure (whether monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, polyamorous, or kink-aligned) deserves dignity, validation, and tailored care. I am passionate about destigmatizing conversations around sex, intimacy, mental health, and neurodivergence. Society often imposes outdated norms on how we should love, communicate, and navigate our minds; I advocate for honoring your authentic self and building relationships that genuinely work for you. Outside the therapy room, I am committed to community, education, and advocacy. I hold a core belief in collaborative growth, equity, and human connection, and I bring these values into every interaction to ensure you feel respected, heard, and celebrated exactly as you are.
