About My Clients
I work with adults of any age and background. My areas of experience include: anxiety, social anxiety, depression, grief, aging, self-compassion, self-esteem, motivation, focus, life purpose, dating, romantic relationships, marriage, divorce, adult family or friend relationships, coping with stress of structural injustice or world events, and making a difference in the world. I'm deeply committed to queer and trans liberation, and I'm a longtime participant in the neurodiversity movement.
My Background and Approach
I offer deep and genuine acceptance, enabling us to co-create a container within which you can safely explore whatever challenges you're facing in life. I will follow your lead, working with you on whatever topics you want to discuss, offering feedback and guidance along the way. If you're not sure where to start, we can figure that out together. I've supported peers in examining & transforming their lives since the '80s, and only recently decided to get credentialed as a psychotherapist. I'm a 2023 graduate from California Institute for Integral Studies, with an MA in Counseling Psychology & a concentration in Community Mental Health.
