My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 3 years of experience, working with a wide range of concerns including OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I help my clients find hope, confidence, and joy by equipping them with the tools they need to create a positive change in their life. I strive to create a space for you to be comfortable being you, being vulnerable, and confronting challenges. Therapy is hard work, and I’ll be here to support you along the way. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Growing up with ADHD and OCD, I've experienced first-hand how difficult and overwhelming mental health issues can be at times. I feel that my experiences have allowed me to be able to understand others who experience mental health difficulties, while also understanding that what has worked for me may not work for you. I focus on evidence-based interventions, and more importantly, work with you to see what works best for you. I believe you are the expert of your story, and I'm only here to help and assist you in achieving your goals.
