I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed by daily demands. My background includes clinical work and leadership roles in the mental health and social services field, where I have supported individuals in managing pressure and working toward personal and professional growth. I also bring a background in health and fitness, having worked as a personal trainer and maintaining a consistent fitness lifestyle for over 15 years. This shapes how I approach motivation, discipline, and building sustainable routines. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and focused on real-life application.
