About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are thoughtful and self-aware, yet struggle with self-criticism, boundaries, relationships, panic, ADHD-related concerns, or uncertainty about what comes next. Therapy can be a supportive space to feel understood, build practical tools, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My Background and Approach
I’m an empathetic, attentive therapist who believes meaningful change starts with feeling genuinely heard and understood. I work with adults navigating anxiety, panic, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, relationship stress, and difficulty setting boundaries. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical steps toward the life and relationships you want. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. This balance allows us to build concrete skills for managing difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also exploring the experiences and relationships that have shaped you. My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional regulation, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of my work, I share my home with two bunnies and two dogs: a senior Collie and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Caring for animals has reinforced my appreciation for patience, attunement, playfulness, and meeting each individual where they are. I value creating a welcoming, compassionate space where people can show up as themselves and feel respected, supported, and understood.
