About My Clients
I work with compassionate individuals who pour their energy into caring for others—often at the expense of their own well-being. Many of my clients are: Family caregivers (especially those supporting loved ones with dementia or motor neuron diseases). Healthcare workers and first responders grappling with vicarious trauma or burnout. Those navigating grief, life transitions, or existential questions. If you’re feeling drained, isolated, or stuck.
My Background and Approach
Education & Credentials: MA in Counseling from Naropa University (2020). Licensed in Colorado (LPC.0021828) with 5+ years of experience. My Framework: I integrate humanistic, strength-based, and nature-informed therapies tailored to your needs. Sessions might include: Mindfulness practices to ground and refocus. Experiential techniques (e.g., role-playing, somatic awareness) to process emotions. Narrative work to reshape your caregiving story with empowerment. Outdoor walk and talks, fishing, hiking, ephemeral art to help you connect to nature.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Caregiving is sacred but unsustainable without support. You deserve tools and space to honor your own needs. Healing happens in relationship. I prioritize collaboration, authenticity, and cultural humility. Nature is co-therapist. Outdoor sessions (when possible) harness the restorative power of the natural world. Resilience is cultivated, not innate. Together, we’ll identify strengths and rewrite narratives of self-sacrifice.
