About My Clients

I work with teens, young adults, and individuals in later stages of growth who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by patterns they can’t seem to break. Many are navigating addiction, shame, grief, identity struggles, or questions around faith and purpose. I’m especially passionate about supporting men facing unique pressures and Asian American clients working through cultural expectations, family dynamics, and emotional disconnection.

My Background and Approach

My work is grounded in helping clients explore the deeper patterns beneath what they’re experiencing. I draw from an existential and relational approach, which means I help clients connect the past to the present, better understand their emotions, and work toward lasting change rather than temporary relief. I have a special interest in addiction (especially sexual addiction!)as well as men’s issues, grief, and acculturation issues. My goal is to create a space that feels both supportive and honest, where you can feel safe enough to face hard things and begin moving forward.

I have experience with the following
  • Agnosticism
  • Atheism
  • Christianity
