About My Clients

Do you ever feel like something’s always just off, like you’re carrying a weight you can’t name? Maybe you’ve recently realized you’re neurodivergent or left a high-control religious environment, and now you’re rebuilding your identity. I see you. The constant second-guessing, the guilt, the overwhelm—it’s exhausting. You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. Together, we can create space for your truth, healing, and the life you’ve been waiting for.

My Background and Approach

Have you ever left a therapy session feeling like your therapist just didn’t get you? Like maybe they were checking boxes, clinging to “neutrality,” or dodging the real stuff? Same. That’s why I became the kind of therapist I always wanted—someone real, relational, and actually on your team (even if that means calling you out once in a while). I specialize in working with folks navigating complex trauma, religious trauma, late-diagnosed neurodivergence, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. I’m especially passionate about supporting clients from marginalized communities who’ve had to mask, minimize, or question their truth just to get by. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in your lived experience—we’ll explore your story, reconnect with your body, and build tools for healing that actually make sense for your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m an autistic, trans trauma therapist and Druid committed to healing through reconnection—with self, community, and the land. I support decolonizing mental health and work from a liberation-based, anti-oppressive lens that affirms neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ identities. I’m the founder of The Transformation Trail, a spiritual and mental health initiative that weaves together shadow work, storytelling, and earth-based wisdom. I also run “Two Shelves, One Path,” a book club exploring spiritual growth and collective resistance. I show up for causes that matter, including protests like Hands Off, and believe activism is a form of sacred care. My practice is rooted in compassion, community, and the belief that we all deserve to come home to ourselves.
