About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful patterns and want to create healthier, more authentic relationships. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, relationship conflict, or the intersection of faith and sexuality. Whether you’re longing to be heard, to find peace, or to show up more fully in your relationships, I provide a space to explore, heal, and grow.
My Background and Approach
I help individuals and couples uncover the emotions and patterns driving disconnection and conflict. My work blends emotion-focused and attachment-based approaches to help clients move from frustration and shutdown to deeper understanding and connection. I specialize in boundaries, communication, and supporting LGBTQ people and couples navigating the complexities of faith, identity, and intimacy. I’ve been practicing under supervision for two years in New York City, providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our work together will be collaborative, compassionate, and practical—rooted in curiosity, humor, and respect for your story.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a safe and welcoming space for every person—especially those who’ve felt unseen or misunderstood in faith or relationships. As a gay Christian therapist, I’m passionate about creating environments where clients can explore both spirituality and sexuality without judgment. I value authenticity, playfulness, and compassion, and I bring those qualities into the therapy room. Outside of work, I’m part of a church community that values inclusion and the presence of the Holy Spirit, and I lead worship there. My approach to therapy and faith both center on curiosity, humility, and the hope of transformation.
