About My Clients
Are you having anxiety about the little things or maybe even the big things in life? Or maybe you are struggling with reminders from certain abnormal events? I know that these things may seem normal for you, but if they are becoming too much and overwhelming, then that is the sign to start taking a deeper look inside of yourself to better understand the how and why this stress is so bothersome.
My Background and Approach
From the first session, we are going to figure out what the main end goal is for you. Is it to process and/or resolve past trauma? Is it to reduce your anxiety around a certain trigger? Regardless, that is what our first session will focus on. From there, we will work on your goal each session (ie. building skills to handle triggers or processing past events in your life). I should let you know that this is not just an overnight process though, this takes time and patience as growth and change begins within you. I have been working in mental since 2018 and as a Counselor since 2020 in a variety of settings with a diverse population. With that population, comes a variety of topics that I have worked on over time. If you feel that your problem is either too minor to talk about or too large to resolve, I can tell you now that it does not matter how big or small the problem is, what matters is how that problem is affecting you.
