I enjoy working with clients who want change and may just need a little encouragement to get there. I will help you push through those self limiting beliefs to get you where you want to be! I mix humor together with a directed approach to create a trusting and supportive relationship. My Background and Approach

I have 15 years experience working with individuals, couples and their families who are experiencing difficulty managing emotions and maintaining healthy relationships. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I work cohesively with my clients to build on their skills so they can live more meaningful and successful lives. If you have felt unsuccessful in the past with counseling, allow me to provide you with a new experience! I treat all types of disorders including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mens issues..
