The type of clients I work with are typically individuals interested in seeking growth, are motivated, and determined to put in the time and work that therapy requires. I aim to help clients eager to improve their self-perception of themselves as well as their interpersonal relationships. Often, my clients face challenges related to anxiety, stress, depression, personality, trauma, and other pressing concerns
My Background and Approach
Using a holistic approach to therapy, I want to work with you collaboratively to determine and brainstorm which methods, goals, options, and ideas will help you best achieve your goals. With this in mind, I strive to provide a space free of judgment that allows my clients to explore their most authentic selves as well as their innermost thoughts, emotions, and feelings. I take full measures to ensure my clients feel supported and empowered during sessions. I believe in helping identify and applying clients’ strengths in ways that make small positive changes in their life that feels comfortable. It can be difficult to take a step back during our busy lives to prioritize our mental health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
It can be extremely challenging to sometimes care for our mental well-being. Not to mention, the effort and time put into working on ourselves can be a very daunting and tremendous task. As such, the way I conduct therapy relies on making small meaningful progress that ultimately results in positive and comfortable change. I encourage my clients to be their most authentic self, expressing every word, fear, thought, and emotion without the fear of judgement. I believe therapy is an incredible journey that improves the relationship among ourselves, our relationships, and our behaviors. I’m so glad to help support you on your journey to wellbeing.
