About My Clients
My ideal clients are children, teens, and women navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by life's challenges. They don't need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to take the first step. I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection, building healthy coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change together.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with children, teens, and adults in outpatient and school-based settings. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship challenges, and everyday stress. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Humanistic, Attachment-Based, and Psychodynamic approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs. While I believe therapy should be a place of acceptance and understanding, I also gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. My own life experiences have strengthened my empathy and reinforced my belief that healing and growth are possible. Together, we'll build practical tools and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
