About My Clients
Are you tired of talking about your concerns and not finding practice solutions or tools to move through them? If so, we may be a good fit to work together. I work with women who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, or grief. I use an integrative approach pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and yoga.
My Background and Approach
A typical session may involve talking, breathing techniques, physical movement, and guided meditation. We will work to notice how your thoughts influence your body. We will explore where emotions are stored in your body and what to do with that knowledge. We will holistically look at your daily life, including patterns of behavior and thinking. No previous yoga experience is required.
