About My Clients
I have worked extensively with parents and adolescents who have experienced trauma, family conflicts, anxiety and social withdrawal, school refusal, bullying, low self-esteem, and depression.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach is down to earth and authentic. I strongly believe that the trusting relationship I develop with my clients is the foundation for progress. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and that they possess strengths they may not realize. I collaborate with my clients to help them find new ways of living--with more joy and wellbeing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be convenient for clients and not interfere with work or school- that is why I offer evening and weekend appointments.
