About My Clients
You may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Possibly you feel like this is a different season of your life and you are not sure how to handle it. You want to adapt, navigate, and master what life throws at you, but you do not know where to start. No matter what point in your life you are in, what challenge you are facing, or what obstacle you are wanting to overcome, working through this together through a therapeutic lens can help.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s in Counseling with a Mental Health Counseling specialization from Saybrook University. I completed my clinical internship at the Free Clinic of Simi Valley, where I supported many individuals and families from a wide variety of backgrounds and presenting issues. I have also worked as an advocate for women’s health and education through my work with the Women’s Fund for Health Education and Resiliency. How I can help: navigating anxiety and depression, self-awareness, personal growth, school and career navigation, communication skills, intersectional identity work, building healthy relationships, challenging family dynamics, phobias and fears, trauma reprocessing, and life transitions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is rooted in the belief that therapy is a collaborative and transformative process. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of their mental health with empathy, authenticity, and respect.
