About My Clients

I work with young adults navigating change - starting college, launching a career, or redefining relationships. Many of my clients face academic, social, or identity-related challenges and want a space to process, grow, and build confidence. I specialize in helping people feel more grounded, clear, and authentic in their lives. Together, we explore what matters most and develop tools for moving forward with purpose and self‑trust.

My Background and Approach

I’m a mental health counselor passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate life’s transitions - adjusting to new roles, managing academic or social pressures, or figuring out who they want to become. My experience in school-based counseling has shaped my holistic approach, which considers the personal, relational, and systemic factors that influence each person’s experience. In therapy, I prioritize compassion, honesty, and collaboration, believing that the process should be as unique as the individual. I use an integrative approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques to best meet your needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in exploring your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, discovering new restaurants, wandering NYC, and spending time with my family and our Maltipoo, Ted.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
