About My Clients
I work with couples who feel stuck in recurring conflict, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. You may be struggling with communication, rebuilding trust after infidelity, or feeling more like roommates than partners. I also support individuals navigating relationship concerns, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and boundaries. Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and moving forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach with couples focuses on helping you understand the patterns beneath the conflict, not simply who is right or wrong. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples identify negative cycles, explore the emotions and needs driving their reactions, and create healthier ways of communicating and connecting. Whether you’re navigating recurring conflict, emotional distance, or rebuilding trust, our work focuses on creating meaningful and lasting change. I also work with individuals using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and other approaches tailored to your needs. Together, we may explore relationships, boundaries, anxiety, stress, and patterns that are no longer serving you. My style is collaborative, supportive, and direct, creating space for both compassion and accountability as you work toward the changes you want to see.
