Do you feel anxious or overwhelmed? Do you struggle with having little to no motivation to do things you want to do? Whether you experience sadness, anger, irritability and/or engage in unhealthy coping strategies, I am here to support your positive path to growth and well-being. My priority is to promote a safe environment that is supportive, encouraging and nonjudgmental; to help you better understand your feelings and behaviors.
My Background and Approach
I strive to take a client-centered approach and incorporate a variety of approaches; however the most commonly used approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
