About My Clients

I work closely with LGBTQIA+ adults navigating identity exploration, relationships, family dynamics, and the ongoing search for belonging. Many of my clients experience anxiety, emotional ups and downs, or the impact of feeling unseen or misunderstood over time. I also support young adults facing life transitions, career stress, and questions about direction, helping them feel more grounded and clear in who they are and where they’re going.

My Background and Approach

My experience includes working in IOP and PHP levels of care with individuals facing disordered eating and co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. At The LGBTQ+ Center in Palm Springs, I’ve worked with clients across ages and backgrounds, supporting gender and sexual orientation exploration, sexual trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, practical, and affirming—focused on helping you build insight, strengthen self-trust, and create sustainable change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I am deeply committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ identities and creating an inclusive environment where you can show up fully as yourself. Both professionally and personally, I value authenticity, curiosity, and empowerment, and therapeutically I will encourage you to take an active role in your growth while moving at a pace that feels right for you. Inside and outside of the therapy office, I am a social justice advocate who believes in human rights for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, or sexual orientation, and I hold firm values around supporting dignity, equity, and care for all people. As a therapist who is a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I believe it’s important to actively engage in this work with authenticity and lived understanding. I am committed to supporting my community by creating a space that is affirming, informed, and grounded in genuine care.
