About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients who want a depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy rather than "quick fixes" or surface changes. My goal is to help individuals live examined and authentic lives of purpose and connection. I love working with individuals who think outside of the box and those who are working on unfolding into the truest version of themselves. My areas of specialty include career/life purpose, sexuality, LGBTQ issues , relationships, kink/polyamory, and recovery from trauma.
My Background and Approach
It takes great courage to live an authentic life. Vitality is not something that just happens. Every time you choose your own direction, you become the owner of your existence. Only then are you truly alive. Your health and well-being are dependent upon many parts that communicate and work together in a holistic fashion. I believe in an integrative approach to physical and mental health that addresses your needs as a whole person. Together, we will discover and attend to the internal wounds that are creating barriers, as well as addressing the behaviors, thoughts, health issues, relationship patterns, and lifestyle choices that are getting in the way of your happiness and well being. Through this approach you will start to see positive results in every area of life: body, mind, spirit, and soul.

I understand that your path is as unique as your fingerprint. You are not a diagnosis or a package of symptoms. You are an individual who can heal, move forward, and find purpose and meaning on the path ahead. As a private practice clinician, I operate outside of the sterile structure of large healthcare-clinics or corporate entities. I limit the number of individuals I see to ensure availability, and provide direct access to my email and phone, ensuring that you get consistent, personalized care and never feel like a number.
