About My Clients
I love working with teenagers and their parents. I work with depression and grief, trust and self-esteem, concerns about intimacy, alternative lifestyles, communication, and psychological and emotional pain. My second area of passion is working with my clients to rewire their brains and change emotional reactions. Finally, I believe that people benefit when they reduce their levels of guilt and shame, allowing them awareness and choice in their sexual expression.
My Background and Approach
I have experience in Attachment theory, IFS, Redecision and parts work, and the use of CBT in individual therapy. Assessment experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Dementia, and related neurocognitive disorders. Starting something new can be difficult. I encourage you to take that first step.
