About My Clients
Whether you are a teenager who is struggling with anxiety, bullying, self-esteem, etc. or a young adult who is trying to manage the stressors of a "quarter-life crisis," I am here. Growing into who you are meant to be is a weird thing; there are so many changes/challenges and it's hard to talk through some of the doubts and hardships that you may be facing. I support you, and I hold a safe space for us to work through these things together.
My Background and Approach
The most important thing my clients leave my office with is the ability to see themselves more clearly, and with more acceptance. They gain the knowledge of how to tackle the obstacles they face, knowledge of how to transition and adapt to change, and the ability to communicate their needs, wants, and feelings effectively. What sets me aside from other therapists, is my ability to meet you where you are. I provide a calmness, especially when you are feeling vulnerable. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; I welcome your uniqueness. I enjoy an eclectic approach that explores everything from talk therapy to art therapy.
