About My Clients
I work mostly with neurodivergent folks who just want to feel seen as their full selves. I also support people living with chronic health issues and those carrying trauma, especially the kind that’s been ignored or misunderstood. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to explain everything and just show up as you are.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every person is wildly unique, and that’s something worth honoring. I work from a systemic and holistic lens, which basically means I look at the big picture- your story, your environment, your relationships and how all of it shapes who you are. My background started in ER case management, and grew with work in intensive outpatient work with children and families, and through specializing in neurodivergent outpatient work for the last 5 years.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, I believe in honoring every part of who you are. I am deeply committed to creating a space that is inclusive, nonjudgmental, and empowering, especially for those who have often felt unseen or misunderstood by traditional systems. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I center neurodivergent experiences and celebrate the diverse ways our brains and bodies move through the world. I strive to offer care that respects your pace, your identity, and your lived experience. I am passionate about amplifying the voices of people of color and actively work to challenge the systems of oppression that impact mental health. Racial and social justice are not just values I hold—they are principles I integrate into my practice daily. Whether you're navigating identity, trauma, burnout, or simply trying to make sense of your world, I’m here to support you in reclaiming your power and finding what healing loo
