I am here to help foster a no-judgement, therapeutic relationship with you, to help you gain connection to your identity, source of power, and inner strength and resiliency that I know you have. I know all too well that life doesn’t plan, yet I hope to guide you into a position that is freeing, validating, and empowering.
My Background and Approach
Being apart of the neurodivergent, BIPOC and 2slgbtqiat+ communities I have seen my fair share of the ugly within our community. With hopes of using EMDR, art therapy, and a person-centered approach I believe we can overcome any obstacle, any trauma, and any life event that comes your way. I will bring the resources if you bring the willpower.
