About My Clients

Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools. My clients are often motivated to better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and create lasting, meaningful change. Whether you’re facing a major decision, feeling stuck in old patterns, or wanting to deepen your connection to yourself and others, I’m here to support you.

My Background and Approach

My goal is to equip you with a personalized toolkit of techniques you can rely on—practical, effective strategies you can use anytime you need relief, clarity, or confidence. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, we'll work together to address what's happening in the present moment while building skills for long-term growth. I take a collaborative, direct, and compassionate approach, blending evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to meet your specific needs. I have specialized training in anxiety management, relationship dynamics, and self-esteem work, and I stay up to date with the latest research and clinical methods to make sure you’re receiving the best care possible. Together, we'll not only work through the immediate struggles but also build a stronger, more resilient foundation so you can move forward with greater ease and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing happens in spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. As a therapist, I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming environment for people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I am passionate about supporting mental health advocacy, social justice, and building a world where everyone has access to compassionate care. I actively support causes that promote racial equity, LGBTQIA+ rights, and destigmatizing mental health struggles. Outside of therapy, I enjoy volunteering with organizations focused on youth empowerment and mental health education. I believe in the power of community, authenticity, and resilience — and I bring those values into my work with every client I meet.
