About My Clients
Our experiences can shape our worldview, including the way we see ourselves. We can find ourselves in a cycle of self-doubt and self-blame, and many of my clients are seeking tools to break out of this cycle and confront a worldview that may no longer serve them. I work best with teens and adults who are living with anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief.
My Background and Approach
My experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health services has afforded me the opportunity to learn to use a variety of techniques in my practice, all with the same overall goal: helping people heal, grow and develop a life worth living. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and radically compassionate space in which clients can heal, grow, and explore.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Working from an existentialist, trauma-informed, and developmentally sensitive lens, I believe we all have the capacity to live meaningful, complete lives. Trust is the core of any therapeutic relationship. I’m pleased to have the opportunity to build this with each client and help them achieve their goals.
