If you are already in a committed relationship & are experiencing resentment and conflict, then couples therapy can give you the chance to address negative patterns in your relationship that may be keeping you from experiencing true intimacy with one another. If your partner is not motivated to attend therapy with you, individual treatment can be a great source of support.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelors in Psychology and then earned my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you to help navigate through any difficulties you might be experiencing and to be a witness to your story.
