About My Clients
Life has wonderful qualities as well as difficulties which impacts people of all ages. Embarking on a journey to further explore, learn, make personal changes or supporting your self or family can be filled with an array of emotions. The wide range of the emotional world is a natural part of life. Adaptive coping, is something any adult or child may at some point need support with.
My Background and Approach
I offer traditional talk therapy as well as alternative therapies such as sand tray therapy, art therapy and play therapy for children. These expressive, hands-on approaches are powerful tools that deepen our work and can lead to greater understanding of ourselves. As a therapist, I am present to guide you to where you want to go. I can help with the impact of trauma, attachment issues, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I love art and nature. I love researching and learning. I fully support the gender spectrum. I am a cis gendered woman and comfortable working with LGBTQ populations.
