I work with clients with marital issues, going through a divorce, or post divorce when you are figure life out again. It's important to feel support. Anxious and depressed feelings will also be explored with coping strategies.

I come from a psychotherapy approach where we try to figure out why the behavior is happening so we can change it permanently. It’s all about what you want life to look like.

I believe we all come in with our own beliefs and ideas, but therapy is when we put those aside. This is about what the clients wants and needs for their own life. We work towards your goals even if we need to figure out what you want.
