In my practice, I integrate Family Systems Therapy to understand the interconnected dynamics within families. By exploring patterns of interaction, communication styles, and roles, we uncover underlying issues and promote healthy relational dynamics. Through systemic interventions and collaborative exploration, families develop insight, empathy, and effective communication skills to foster resilience and strengthen their bonds.

In my practice, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to help clients explore and understand the various parts of themselves. By identifying and addressing these inner dynamics, we work towards healing and integration. Through compassionate inquiry and guided visualization, clients gain insight into their internal conflicts and learn to foster harmony and balance within themselves.

I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into my practice to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By examining the connections between thoughts, feelings, and actions, we work collaboratively to develop practical strategies for coping and problem-solving. Through this process, clients gain greater self-awareness and acquire skills to effectively manage challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

In working with children, I address a range of issues including behavioral challenges, developmental concerns, and emotional well-being. Through play-based therapy and tailored interventions, I create a nurturing environment where children feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey towards positive growth and development.

Specializing in teen issues, I offer a safe space for adolescents to explore challenges like identity, relationships, and mental health. Through empathy and trust-building, I empower teens to navigate these issues, fostering resilience and personal growth.
