I work with motivated adults struggling with issues including anxiety, depression, sleep troubles, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and loss. I also have interest and experience working with women struggling with fertility issues and perinatal loss.
My Background and Approach
I work with adults who are motivated to understand themselves more fully and create meaningful and lasting changes in life, work and relationships. My approach is highly person-centered and I work collaboratively to help tailor my approach to the needs of each unique individual I am privileged to work with.
I received my BA in Psychology from Oberlin College and my MSW from the University of Michigan School of Social Work where I received specialized training in Anxiety Disorders, Perinatal Mental Health and Sleep Disorders. I am fully independently licensed as a clinical social worker in the state of Massachusetts.
