About My Clients
I work with adults who feel internally conflicted, overwhelmed, or dissatisfied in ways that are hard to explain. You may function well while carrying persistent anxiety, self-criticism, or relationship patterns that leave you frustrated or depleted. Many clients don’t arrive with a clear narrative—only a sense that something feels off. This work is for people ready for change and willing to stop circling the same issues and face what’s underneath.
My Background and Approach
I bring over two decades of experience to my work, grounded in advanced training in trauma, attachment, relational dynamics, and the psychology of lasting change. My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from Internal Family Systems, relational and psychodynamic therapy, neuroscience, and body-based and somatic work. I work with the whole person—mind, body, nervous system, and lived history—rather than offering quick fixes or surface-level symptom relief. Together, we look closely at the patterns that keep repeating and uncover why they persist, so real change becomes possible. I pay careful attention to early relational experiences, nervous system responses, and the different parts of the self that organize around protection, shame, and survival. Over time, this work helps clients feel steadier, less self-critical, more emotionally grounded, and more confident in their ability to trust themselves, relate differently, and move forward with clarity and strength.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are not broken, but shaped—by early relationships, life experiences, losses, and the ways they learned to survive. What often shows up as anxiety, shame, self-criticism, or feeling stuck makes sense when understood with care and context. I believe healing happens when these patterns are met with curiosity, compassion, and skill rather than judgment. Therapy, to me, is a deeply relational process—one that creates safety in the nervous system, invites honesty, and allows all parts of a person to be understood and integrated. I have deep respect for human resilience and inner wisdom, and I believe that with the right support, people can soften long-held defenses, repair trust with themselves and others, and move forward with greater freedom, self-trust, and a renewed sense of possibility.
